I paid for and attended one of their 3 day seminars. I was disappointed to find out that these seminars are simply a way for them to upsell you on some VERY expensive "Training Mentorships".

Almost the entire three days were sales pitches with s a very basic review of printed materials in between. They did indicate that ONLY positive thoughts were allowed and if you had any negativity, you would be asked to leave and not return. I am always very suspicious of people who can't tolerate an opposing viewpoint and who can't defend their position.

After all, I paid out more than $1500.00 to attend this so called seminar, the least you could do is answer my questions. Right?

Product or Service Mentioned: Saen Higgins Seminar.

I also went for the 3 day class and agree it was a wealth of very good information. It was well worth the money and will be taking more classes.

I went to the same class. I learned a wealth of information.

Plus I am now successfully doing real estate deals as a full time occupation. I did notice that the people that simply could not afford the training were very disgruntled. They did not even pressure us. I felt it was there only for the people that needed it, which I thought was great.

very classy and professional staff. Thank you USTLA!
